Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基板搬送路に近接させてエアナイフを配置し、
    洗浄処理を終えて搬送されてくる基板に対してエ
    アを基板進行方向の傾め前方より後方へ噴出させ
    、基板に付着した洗浄液を液切りするように構成
    した基板の液切り装置において、 エアナイフの基板進行方向後側に、基板より幅
    広のエア案内板を基板搬送路に沿つて近接配置し
    、エアナイフからの噴出エアをエア案内板と基板
    との間へ導入するように構成したことを特徴とす
    る基板の液切り装置。
