- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上部電極に対向する下部電極を有し、気相
反応を利用する半導体製造装置において、 前記上部電極及び下部電極の同一平面に延在す
る反応容器内壁を設け、前記上部電極より上方及
び前記下部電極より下方にガスが浸入しないよう
にしてなる半導体製造装置。 (2) 前記反応容器内壁はガス流に対して流線形
をなすことを特徴とする請求項１記載の半導体製
造装置。
