    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透光性絶縁基板上に透明電極、半導体層及び裏
    面電極をこの順に積層した受光部と、この受光部
    より延出した上記透明電極よりなる第１出力端子
    部と、上記透明電極と電気的に分離して上記基板
    上に配された島状透明電極に上記裏面電極を接続
    してなる第２出力端子部とからなる光電変換装置
    であつて、上記第１出力端子部及び第２出力端子
    部の透明電極にリード体をそれぞれ熱硬化性銅ペ
    ーストにより接続したことを特徴とする光電変換
    装置。
