。 1…透明基板、2…透明電極層、3…非晶質半
導体層、4…背面電極層、7…スルーホール、8
…スルーホール導体、9…良導電体。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 透光性基板の一方の主面上に透明電極層、
    非晶質半導体層、背面電極層を順次積層形成して
    成る光起電力素子において、前記透光性基板上に
    間隔を置いてスルーホールを穿設し、このスルー
    ホールに前記透明電極層と導通するスルーホール
    導体を形成し、該スルーホール導体を透光性基板
    の他面側に配した良導電体で接続したことを特徴
    とする非晶質半導体光起電力素子。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項において、
    前記の電気的接続のための良導電体は、前記透光
    性基板の他方の主面上に前記スルーホール間を結
    ぶように形成された金属層であることを特徴とす
    る非晶質半導体光起電力素子。
