Claims (1)
- 絶縁性を有する基板表面上に、第１の電極層、
光電変換領域、第２の電極層を順次形成してなる
光電変換装置であつて、光電変換出力を外部に導
出するリード線の脱皮部及び被覆部の一部を覆う
ように、前記光電変換領域外に設けられた出力端
子部上に、導電性ペーストでリード線を固定して
なる光電変換装置。
