Claims (1)
- 透光性基板１１の上に、透明電極１３、半導体
層１４及び背面電極１５が順次積層されたセル１
２，１２…を複数組形成し、隣接するセル１２，
１２…の透明電極１４と背面電極１５との端縁を
重ね合わせ、最も端のセル１２，１２の透明電極
１３と背面電極１５の端縁にリード線１６，１７
を接続した光起電力装置において、最も端のセル
１２，１２の透明電極１３と背面電極１５の端縁
に沿つて、これら電極１３，１５より電気抵抗の
低い導体１８，１９を接合し、同導体１８，１９
に上記リード線１６，１７を導電固着してなるこ
とを特徴とする光起電力装置。
