- 第一端子と第二端子の二本の端子を有し、第一
端子の上部基板上にサブストレートの極性が互い
に逆極性となる一対の発光ダイオードチツプを配
置し、各発光ダイオードチツプより第二端子上部
基板に連結された金属線を各々設けてなることを
特徴とする複合発光ダイオード。
