Claims (1)
- 半導体発振回路素子と水晶振動子とを同一プラ
スチツクパツケージに封入して構成する水晶発振
器において、ガラス面を有する角型のケースに水
晶片を封入して構成した水晶振動子と、金線ワイ
ヤにより該水晶振動子と電気的に接続した半導体
発振回路素子とを同一リードフレーム上に備え、
製造工程で該水晶振動子を該半導体発振回路素子
により発振させて周波数調整を行つた後、パツケ
ージングすることを特徴とする水晶発振器。
