Claims (1)
- 両面に導電パターンを形成した配線基板を接着
材を介してリードフレームに固定し配線基板上に
半導体ペレツトを含む電子部品をマウントしたも
のにおいて、上記配線基板の接着面に緩衝層を形
成したことを特徴とする混成集積回路装置。
