Claims (1)
接続される端子電極を備えてなる表面実装用コイ
ル部品において、 端子電極形成用突出部を備えてなる絶縁ベース
と、 前記絶縁ベースに印刷形成されたコイルパター
ンとを具備し、 前記端子電極は前記コイルパターンの出力部に
接続され且つ前記突出部の周囲を囲むように導電
材で形成されていることを特徴とする表面実装用
コイル部品。 (2) コイルパターンが絶縁ベースの表裏両面に
形成されて、表面側のコイルパターンの一端が一
方の端子電極形成用突出部まで延長され、 裏面側のコイルパターンの一端が他方の端子電
極形成用突出部まで延長され、 両コイルパターンの他端同士が前記絶縁ベース
に形成されたスルーホール接続部を介して相互に
接続されてなる請求項(1)に記載の表面実装用コ
イル部品。 (3) 前記端子電極は、前記コイルパターンが前
記突出部の一方の面に延長されて形成された主電
極部と、該主電極部が形成されていない前記突出
部の他方の面に導電材で印刷形成された補助電極
部と、前記主電極部及び補助電極部を囲むように
形成されたメツキ層部とからなる請求項(1)又は(
2)に記載の表面実装用コイル部品。 (4) 前記端子電極は前記突出部の両面を連通さ
せる半田流通スリツトを備えている請求項(3)に
記載の表面実装用コイル部品。 (5) 取付基体に形成された接続電極に半田付け
接続される端子電極を備えてなる表面実装用コイ
ル部品において、 積層された複数枚の絶縁ベースと、 前記複数枚の絶縁ベースのそれぞれに印刷形成
されたコイルパターンとを具備してなり、 前記複数枚の絶縁ベースのうち少なくとも前記
コイルパターンの出力部が形成された絶縁ベース
は端子電極形成用突出部を備えて可撓性を有する
材料から形成されており、 前記端子電極は前記コイルパターンの出力部に
接続され且つ前記突出部の周囲を囲むように導電
材で形成されていることを特徴とする表面実装用
コイル部品。 (6) 端子電極を除いて絶縁樹脂によつてモール
