Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本考案は剥離性シート材の改良に関するもので
ある。
〈先行技術と問題点〉 電子部品に対する接着材として、第5図に示す
ように、剥離性シート41上に両面粘着シート4
2をラミネートした基材4をトムソン刃5に通過
させ、両面粘着シート42のみに被接着部品の形
状に一致せる切り目を入れ、次いで、両面粘着シ
ートの不要部分421を除去して剥離性シート4
1上に、定形の両面粘着片420,420……を
一定の間隔で存在させ、これをセパレート用の合
紙6と共に巻取つたものが公知である。
この接着材の使用要領は、第6図に示すように
接着材Aを連続的に一定速度で引出し、間欠的に
送られてくる被接着部品7に両面粘着片420を
転写することにある。
而して、上記剥離性シート41においては、第
5図に示す工程、第6図に示す工程の何れにおい
ても引張り力を受けるため、当該剥離性シート4
1には相当の引張り強度を付与する必要があり、
従来では、ポリエステルフイルムの片面にシリコ
ーン系剥離層を設けたものを使用している。
しかしながら、ポリエステルは硬度が大であ
り、第5図に示すトムソン刃5による両面粘着シ
ート42の打抜き時、剥離性シート41に加わる
打抜き衝撃力が緩和されることなしにポリエステ
ルフイルムとシリコーン系剥離層との界面に作用
するから、シリコーン系剥離層のポリエステルフ
イルムに対する結着力が低下してしまい、第6図
に示す両面粘着シート片を被接着部品7に転写す
る際に、シリコーン系剥離層が両面粘着シート片
に転移して、部品7に転写せる両面粘着シート片
420の表面が非接着性になるおそれがある。か
かる状態では、部品の接着が不可能となり、問題
である。
〈考案の目的〉 本考案の目的は、打抜き衝撃力が加わつてもシ
リコーン系剥型層を安定に保持し得る引張り強度
に秀れた剥離性シート材を提供することにある。
〈考案の構成〉 本考案は、剥離性シート材の表面にラミネート
された両面粘着シートを定形の両面粘着片に加工
しこれを被接着部品面に転着する接着材におい
て、前記剥離性シート材がポリエステルフイルム
の少なくとも片面にポリエステルよりもヤンク率
の小さな薄層及び剥離層を順次設けた構成とされ
ていることである。
〈実施例の説明〉 以下、図面により本考案を説明する。
第1図乃至第4図はそれぞれ本考案の実施例を
示している。
第1図乃至第4図において、1はポリエステル
フイルムであり、厚みは通常、20〜60μmであ
る。2はポリエステルよりもヤング率の小さな薄
層であり、低密度ポリエステルフイルム、エラス
トマーフイルム等を用いることができる。この薄
層の厚みは上記ポリエステルフイルムの厚みより
も薄く、通常10〜30μmである。この薄層2とポ
リエステルフイルム1との間には、両者の結合力
を増大するためにアンカーコート剤を介在させる
ことが好ましい。3は薄層2上(第2図に示すも
のにおいては、ポリエステルフイルム1上にも設
けてある)に設けたシリコーン系剥離層であり、
その厚みは通常0.1〜3μmである。このシリコー
ン系剥離層には、軽剥離性(例えば、分子量約
10000のビニル変成ポリジメチルシロキサン系加
熱硬化型剥離剤)または重剥離性(例えば、分子
量約10000のビニル変成ポリジメチルシロキサン
に分子量約5000のシリコーンレジンを30%混合し
たもの)の何れをも使用でき、特に、第2図、第
4図に示す両面剥離型の場合、一方のシリコーン
系剥離層を軽剥離性とし、他方のシリコーン系剥
離層を重剥離性とすることもできる。
〈考案の効果〉 本考案に係る剥離性シート材は、上述した通
り、ポリエステルフイルムを基材に使用している
から、引張強度に秀れている。また、ポリエステ
ルフイルムと剥離層との間に、ポリエステルより
もヤング率の小さな薄層を設けており、剥離層表
面に衝撃力が加わつても、その低ヤング率層の低
応力変形によりその衝撃力をよく吸収できるか
ら、剥離層の基材フイルムに対する結着力の低下
を充分に防止できる。
従つて、本考案によれば、トムソン刃等による
衝撃荷重を受ける工程でも、支障なく使用できる
剥離性シート材を提供できる。

第1図、第2図、第3図並びに第4図はそれぞ
れ本考案の実施例を示す説明図、第5図並びに第
6図はそれぞれ剥離性シート材の使用方法を示す
説明図である。 図において、1はポリエステルフイルム、2は
ヤング率の小さな薄層、3は剥離層である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 剥離性シート材の表面にラミネートされた両面
    粘着シートを定形の両面粘着片に加工しこれを被
    接着部品面に転着する接着材において、前記剥離
    性シート材がポリエステルフイルムの少なくとも
    片面にポリエステルよりもヤンク率の小さな薄層
    及び剥離層を順次設けた構成とされていることを
    特徴とする剥離性シート材。
