Claims (1)
- 板状に形成された横圧電定数の絶対値が大（ま
たは小）の第１のセラミツクス層と、この第１の
セラミツクス層の両面に形成された横圧電定数の
絶対値が小（または大）の第２のセラミツクス層
からなり、前記第２のセラミツクス層は前記第１
のセラミツクス層を挟んで互いに重ならない程度
に形成され、かつ、両面に形成された第２のセラ
ミツクス層の合計面積は第１のセラミツクス層の
一方の面積と約同程度とされ、前記第１、第２の
セラミツクス層は焼成により固着されたことを特
徴とするセラミツクスアクチユエータ。
