Claims (1)
- それぞれ長さ方向に電歪材料を介し対向させて
多層状に配設した複数の内部電極を有し少くとも
一方の端面に一つの前記内部電極の一面が露出す
るよう構成した複数個の柱状の電歪材を備え、複
数個の該電歪材を前記内部電極の一面が露出して
いる端面で接着し継合わせて一本化してあり且つ
一本化した両端部におのおの接合して電歪材料か
ら成る保護層を設けてあることを特徴とする電歪
効果素子。
