- 光電変換膜上に電極間ギヤツプを介して電極を
対向配置させるコプレナー型の光電変換素子にお
いて、前記電極間ギヤツプの位置に位置させて前
記光電変換膜上に前記電極材料による酸化膜を設
けたことを特徴とする光電変換素子。
