Claims (1)
- 焦電体を分割して得られた複数個の焦電素子間
に絶縁体を介在させ、しかも分極方向を同方向に
して並置するとともに、各焦電素子の分極方向の
両端に電極を設け、更に前記焦電素子を直列に接
続して、両端の焦電素子に設けた電極より出力を
取り出せるようにしたことを特徴とする赤外線検
出素子。
