Claims (1)
- 板状に形成されその表裏両面のほぼ全体に起電
力取り出し用の多孔質白金電極が取り付けられた
第１の固体電解質と、同じく板状に形成されその
表裏両面のほぼ全体に電圧印加用の多孔質白金電
極が取り付けられた第２の固体電解質とを備え、
上記第１の固体電解質と第２の固体電解質とを、
互いに片面の多孔質白金電極を対面させた状態で
重ね合わせ、この重ね合わせ部を、一部を残して
周面方向から密封したことを特徴とする酸素セン
サ素子。
