    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 弾性板を挾むように圧電層を貼り合わせたバイ
    モルフ型圧電変位素子において、上記圧電素子の
    幅寸法を弾性板の幅寸法の約１／２以下とし、２
    枚の圧電素子が弾性板幅方向の左右に位置して対
    向構造とし、ねじり変形を得るようにしたことを
    特徴とする圧電変位素子。
