- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 多層に積層形成する圧電素子の長さを徐々
に変えて相対する電極部を露出し、その露出面に
所定の駆動回路を形成するリード線を接続可能に
してなることを特徴とする積層型圧電アクチユエ
ータ。 (2) 上記圧電素子が金属製の中板電極を中間層
に介在させて積層形成されているところの実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の積層型圧電アクチ
ユエータ。
