- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 片面あるいは両面にコイルパターンが形成され
たシートコイルの２枚を、 各々のパターン面を対向させ、 これらの間に絶縁性フイルムの両面に絶縁性接
着剤を有する接着シートを挾んで熱圧着し、 上記絶縁性フイルムにより電気的に隔離された
状態に積層して成ることを特徴とする積層シート
