Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 積層された電歪素子を用いた波動モータに
おいて、積層される複数の電歪素子の内径が異な
ると共に、各電歪素子の両面に電極パターンを形
成したことを特徴とする波動モータにおける電歪
素子の構造。 (2) 積層された電歪素子の第一の面には、電歪
素子を分極させるための複数の電極パターンが形
成されており、前記第一の分極用電極パターン上
に分極後、各電極パターンを導通させ同一電極と
するためのパターンを積層形成し、第二の面に電
歪素子の外周及び内周を逃げた形状で全面に電極
パターンを形成し、前記第一の電歪素子の複数の
電極パターンを有する面と、第二の電歪素子の全
面に電極パターンを有する面とを対面させ、両方
の電極パターンを導通させて一体化し、該一体化
された２つの電歪素子の全面電極の表面を円盤形
状又は円環形状をした振動体の一面と一体化させ
た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の波動モー
タにおける電歪素子の構造。
