Claims (1)
- 圧電材料と内部電極を交互に積層し、内部電極
の露出した端面において、導電体と絶縁体を内部
電極露出部に形成し、さらに他の端面部分におい
て内部電極露出部に、前記の絶縁体を形成した内
部電極には導電体、また導電体を形成した内部電
極には絶縁体を形成し、さらに絶縁体および絶縁
体を形成させた、２つの端面部分に、収縮可能な
導電ゴムを設けたことを特徴とする積層形圧電ア
クチユエータ素子。
