Claims (1)
- 複数個の薄い圧電体とこれ等の圧電体の間に積
層された複数個の電極体とを有しこれ等の電極体
が互いに１個おきに接続されて引き出された一対
の電極に電圧を印加することにより伸縮する圧電
アクチユエータ素子と、この圧電アクチユエータ
素子の両端を固着しその一端が前記電圧の印加に
より変位可能で前記圧電アクチユエータ素子を密
封するように囲まれた金属筐体と、前記電極から
のリード線が機密を保つて貫通する前記金属筐体
の一部に設けられた気密手段とを具備することを
特徴とする圧電アクチユエータ。
