Claims (1)
- 対向する両面に電極を形成したサーミスタ素体
の両面の電極面に両側から電極面に対して平行か
つ同一方向に引き出される２本のリード線を固定
し、前記リード線の一部を除く全体をガラス材に
て密閉封止する構成とし、かつ前記リード線の構
造が４２％Ｆｅ―Ｎｉ材質を芯線とし、そのまわ
りをＰｄで被覆したことを特徴とするガラス封入
サーミスタ。
