Claims (1)
- 対向する両面に白金電極を形成したサーミスタ
素体と、このサーミスタ素体のそれぞれの電極に
接着されるとともにコバールまたは４２％Ｆｅ−
Ｎｉからなり、表面にニツケルメツキを施した２
本のリード線と、このリード線間を固着したビー
ズ止め構造のガラス溶着部と、前記サーミスタ素
体のまわりを覆つたアルミナからなるコーテイン
グ材と、前記コーテイング材のまわりを所定間隔
おいて覆うとともに前記ガラス溶着部において封
止した封止ガラス管とを備えたガラス封入サーミ
スタ。
