- 片側の先端を平坦部分を有するように加工した
リード線の前記平坦部分を、サーミスタ素子の両
面に形成した電極に溶接により接続し、前記サー
ミスタ素子および前記サーミスタ素子周辺のリー
ド線をガラスにより封着したガラス封入形サーミ
スタ。
