- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 両面に電極を有するサーミスタ素体の前記
電極にリード線を半田接続してなる負特性サーミ
スタにおいて、前記リード線は電極との接続部分
の断面積が他の部分に比べて小さいことを特徴と
する負特性サーミスタ。 (2) 前記リード線が撚線よりなり、電極との接
続部分の撚線を２／３以上カツトしてあることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載
の負特性サーミスタ。
