Claims (1)
- 圧電素子板の一方表面に設けた分割電極と他方
表面に設けた共通電極からなるエネルギーとじこ
め型厚み振動モードを用いたフイルタ素子を複数
、圧電素子板上で縦属接続してなる圧電フイルタ
ーにおいて、圧電素子板表面の隣接するフイルタ
素子間にハンダ盛りを施すと共に、このハンダ盛
りを裏面にも及ぼして共通電極膜に電気的に接続
したことを特徴とする圧電フイルター。
