Claims (1)
- コンデンサ特性を提供する内部電極で挾まれた
有効層の上下に異種のセラミツク材料を積層する
ために、前記有効層と内部電極で囲まれていない
無効層との接合界面に、異種のセラミツクス材料
の低混合比のシートから高混合比のシートを順次
前記有効層に向け積層することにより、前記無効
層と有効層の界面に生じる熱応力を緩和する構造
をもつことを特徴とする異種無効層型積層セラミ
ツクコンデンサ。
