- 複数の内部電極とセラミツク焼結体とが積層化
してなる構造において、前記内部電極と外部積層
部となるセラミツク焼結体の外表面間距離を前記
内部電極間で挾まれた内部積層部となるセラミツ
ク焼結体厚さの少なくとも２倍としたことを特徴
とする積層型セラミツクバリスタ。
