  1. 一方の外部電極に接続された１または複数の内
    部電極と、該内部電極を含む平面と平行な平面上
    で他方の外部電極に接続された１又は複数の内部
    電極と、これら各内部電極とそれぞれ同一平面上
    にあつて離隔すると共に誘電体を介して互いに重
    なる一組または複数組の中間電極を設けたことを
    特徴とする積層磁器コンデンサ。
