Claims (1)
- 中央金属板の両側に電極層を有するセラミツク
基材を積層することで形成され固定側部材に対し
片持ち支持される板状圧電素子を備え、この圧電
素子における各セラミツク基材の外表面に形成さ
れる電極層を、圧電素子の可動部と前記固定側部
材による支持部とで分離して形成し、かつこの支
持部の電極層を前記中央金属板と短絡させたこと
を特徴とする圧電素子。
