Claims (1)
- 内外面に電極１，２を設けた横効果型圧電素子
３と、該圧電素子の各電極とそれぞれ点接触しつ
つ該圧電素子を挟持する２枚の板バネ４，５と、
これら板バネを固定する基板６とで構成されてい
ることを特徴とする圧電アクチユエータ。
