Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔考案の技術分野〕 この考案は車両用充電発電機のステータコイル
の口出線の絶縁構造に関するものである。
〔従来技術〕
従来この種のステータコイルの口出線の絶縁は
それぞれの口出線に絶縁チユーブを挿入していた
が形状の特異性から絶縁チユーブのステータコイ
ル口出線組付作業の機械化が実現できず、またチ
ユーブの脱落による欠品等の不具合が有つた。
この種の従来構造を第１図と第２図により詳述
する。
第１図と第２図において、１１は車両用充電発
電機のステータ、１２はそのステータのコイル、
１３はこのコイルの口出線、１４はそれを保護す
る絶縁チユーブ、２１は上記ステータ１１を固定
するリヤブラケツト、３１はこのリヤブラケツト
内に固着されたレクチフアイヤ、３２は樹脂で形
成され断面Ｌ字状をなすレクチフアイヤの遮風
板、３２ａはこの遮風板に３ケ所形成され、上記
絶縁チユーブ１４で保護されたコイル１２の口出
線１３を案内する案内部である。
この様に構成された従来装置においてはステー
タのコイル１２の口出線１３に絶縁チユーブ１４
を挿入してリヤブラケツト２１の側壁から絶縁保
護していたが形状の特異性から絶縁チユーブ１４
のコイル口出線１３への組付作業の機械化が実現
できずまた絶縁チユーブ１４がコイル１２の口出
線１３からの脱落による欠品等の不具合が有つ
た。
〔考案の概要〕
この考案は上記の欠点を解消するためになされ
たもので、レクチフアイヤに設けられた絶縁体か
らなる遮風板をリヤブラケツトの内壁に沿つて延
長してステータコイルの口出線の絶縁を兼ね備え
ることにより、絶縁チユーブを不要にし得ると共
に組付作業の機械化が容易となる車両用充電発電
機を提供することを目的とする。
〔考案の実施例〕
以下この考案の一実施例を第３図と第４図によ
り詳述する。
第３図と第４図において、３３は上記遮風板３
２と一体に設けられた絶縁壁で、上記リヤブラケ
ツト２１の内壁に沿つてコイル１２の装着部まで
延長して形成されている。
この様に構成された一実施例においてはステー
タ１１のコイル１２の口出線１３をリヤブラケツ
ト２１の側壁から絶縁保護するためにレクチフア
イヤ３１の遮風板３２から延長した絶縁壁３３を
設けることにより第１図と第２図の従来構造で用
いていた絶縁チユーブ１４を省くことができ組付
作業の機械化が容易となり、また絶縁チユーブ１
４の脱落による欠品等の不具合も解消された。
なお、上記実施例では、コイル１２の口出線１
３を凹部にて案内する案内部３２ａを遮風板３２
の部分にのみ設けたが、絶縁壁３２にもコイル１
２の口出線１３を保持して案内する案内部を形成
すれば、よりコイル１２の口出線１３が確実に絶
縁できる。
〔考案の効果〕
以上の様にこの考案のものでは、レクチフアイ
ヤに設けられた絶縁体からなる遮風板３２を、リ
ヤブラケツト２１とステータコイル１２との間の
空間に配置された絶縁壁３３と、ステータコイル
１２の口出線１３を案内する案内部３２ａとを絶
縁材で一体に成形し、ステータコイル１２の口出
線１３は案内部３２ａを通つてレクチフアイヤ３
１に接続することにより、絶縁チユーブを不要に
し得ると共に組付作業の機械化が容易となり、
又、絶縁チユーブの脱落による欠品等の不具合も
確実に解消できる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は従来構造を示す断面図、第２図はその
レクチフアイヤの立体図、第３図はこの考案の一
実施例を示す断面図、第４図はそのレクチフアイ
ヤの立体図を示す。 図中、１１はステータ、１２はステータのコイ
ル、１３はコイルの口出線、１４は絶縁チユー
ブ、２１はリヤブラケツト、３１はレクチフアイ
ヤ、３２は遮風板、３２ａは案内部、３３は絶縁
壁である。なお各図中同一符号は同一または相当
部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車両用充電発電機において、リヤブラケツト２
    １とステータコイル１２との間の空間に配置され
    た絶縁壁３３と、上記ステータコイル１２の口出
    線１３を案内する案内部３２ａとを絶縁材で一体
    に成形し、レクチフアイヤ３１に設けられた遮風
    板３２を備え、上記ステータコイル１２の口出線
    １３は上記案内部３２ａを通つて上記レクチフア
    イヤ３１に接続されていることを特徴とした車両
    用充電発電機。
