Claims (1)
- 高圧制御回路と、該高圧制御回路の出力を昇圧
整流する昇圧整流回路と、該昇圧整流回路の出力
に接続されたフイルタ抵抗と、該フイルタ抵抗の
出力に接続されたフイルタコンデンサと分割抵抗
からなる第１のカラムと、第２及び第３のカラム
とを備え、該第２、第３のカラムの各々は基準抵
抗とコンデンサが並列接続された回路を複数個直
列に接続して成ると共に、その一端は接地電位と
し、他端は前記フイルタ抵抗の出力にバイアス抵
抗を介して接続されており、前記第２のカラムの
低圧側に測定抵抗を設けて該測定抵抗の検出信号
に基づいて前記高電圧制御回路を安定化制御する
と共に、前記第３のカラムの低圧側に測定抵抗を
設けて該測定抵抗の検出信号に基づいて高圧値を
モニターするようにしたことを特徴とする高電圧
電源。
