：ＤＵＴ、３０２：電圧センス用増幅器、３０３
：ＶＣＣＳ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 測定信号源と、直流バイアス電源と、該測定信
    号源と該直流バイアス電源とに一端が接続された
    被測定デバイスと、該被測定デバイスの他端に一
    端が接続された電流検出用抵抗と、前記被測定デ
    バイスの前記他端に接続され該他端を仮想接地す
    るためのゼロ検出増幅器とを備えた回路定数測定
    装置において、 前記電流検出用抵抗の前記一端に接続され該一
    端における電圧を検知し増幅するための電圧セン
    ス用増幅手段と、 前記電圧センス用増幅手段の出力に接続された
    低域通過フイルタ手段と、 前記低域通過フイルタ手段の出力に一端が接続
    され、他の一端が前記ゼロ検出増幅器の入力端に
    接続され、前記低域通過フイルタ手段の出力に応
    じて前記ゼロ検出増幅器の入力端から直流電流を
    吸収または流出するための電圧制御電流源手段と
    、 を備えて成る回路定数測定装置。
