図は従来装置の入力回路の特性説明図である。 図中、１は信号源、２は被測定体、３は電流／
電圧変換器、１０，１２はバツフア増幅器、１１
は差動増幅器、１３は反転増幅器、１４は加算増
幅器である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被測定体に測定用信号を加え、そのインピーダ
    ンスの大きさに関連して発生する応答信号を入力
    回路を介して検出し、その検出出力にて所定の測
    定を行う測定器の入力回路において、 上記入力回路は、上記応答信号の電流もしくは
    電圧を検出する電圧検出手段と、 上記被測定体と上記電圧検出手段間に介在する
    容量とほぼ等しい値のコンデンサおよび負荷抵抗
    を含む帰還回路を有する増幅器を備え、上記容量
    により上記被測定体と電圧検出手段間に発生する
    不要信号のうち少なくとも周波数成分を含む不要
    信号に対してその打消し用信号を形成する補正用
    信号形成手段と、 上記電圧検出手段の出力に対して上記補正用信
    号形成手段からの出力を加算又は減算する加減算
    手段とを備えていることを特徴とする測定器の入
    力回路。
