Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 増幅器と該増幅器の出力端子と接地された
被測定デバイスの非接地部分を接続する抵抗と核
抵抗の端子間電圧を検出し所定電圧との差分を前
記増幅器の入力端子に帰還し前記端子間電圧を前
記所定電圧で定る電圧とするための帰還手段とか
ら成り、前記非接地部分と接地間のインピーダン
スの抵抗成分と前記抵抗の和が正値を有すること
を特徴とする電流源。 (2) 前記非接地部分の電圧を測定する電圧測定
手段を有し、その測定値と前記所定電圧から前記
被測定デバイスのブレークダウン電圧を求めるよ
うにしたブレークダウン測定回路。
