実験 第1図は吸収装置を示し、これは、加熱マントル、熱電
対、還流冷却器、空気運搬スターラー及びガス流入管を
備えたlの容器である。ポンプP、は容器の底から液体
を除去することができ、スパーゲルSを通してそれをフ
ィードバックさせることができる。

83℃に上げた。同じ方法を初期の吸収について行った
ところ、30.5 AのCO2が吸収された。そのうち
最初の1分に吸収されたのは9.51であった。
−脱着 実施例1から得られた溶液は下記の組成を有した: 5
9.1%の固体、溶液1g当たり0.493gのに−ア
ミノイソブチレート、溶液1g当たり0.098 gの
に叶。
−脱着実験を行った。溶液は30.4 fのCO2を再
吸収し、そのうち10.5 fのCD□が最初の1分間
に吸収された。
ルとに叶との反応により製造されたガス処理溶液の優れ
た性能を示している。
チル−1−プロパノールの酸化速度が遅いことを示して
いる(第3図)。

Claims (12)
- (1)次式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ で表される2−アミノ−2−メチル−1−プロパノール
(AMP)とAMPの酸化剤を、約120℃〜約300
℃の温度で反応させることを含むアミノイソ酪酸又はそ
の塩の製造方法。 - (2)該方法を、有効な触媒量の金属塩の存在下で実施
し、該金属がCd、Zn、Cu、Ni、V、Mn、Ce
からなる群から選ばれる請求項(1)記載の方法。 - (3)前記触媒がCdOである請求項(2)記載の方法
。 - (4)前記酸化剤が金属の水酸化物である請求項(1)
記載の方法。 - (5)前記金属の水酸化物が水酸化カリウム(KOH)
である請求項(4)記載の方法。 - (6)(a)1種類又はそれ以上のアルカリ金属塩、及
び (b)2−アミノ−2−メチル−1−プロパノール(A
MP)と酸化剤との生成物 を含む水溶性の酸性ガススクラビング組成物。 - (7)前記アルカリ金属がカリウムである請求項(6)
記載のスクラビング組成物。 - (8)前記アルカリ金属塩が炭酸カリウム(K_2CO
_3)である請求項(7)記載の方法。 - (9)前記酸化剤が水酸化カリウム(KOH)である請
求項(6)記載のスクラビング組成物。 - (10)前記のAMPとKOHとの生成物が、有効な触
媒量の金属塩を含む触媒であり、該金属がCd、Zn、
Cu、Ni、V、Mn、Ceからなる群から選ばれる請
求項(9)記載のスクラビング組成物。 - (11)触媒がCdOである請求項(10)記載の方法
。 - (12)さらに、有効量のバナジウム腐食抑制剤を含む
請求項(6)記載のスクラビング組成物。
