市郊外で採取されたもので、既に、工業技術院微生物工
業研究所に第4731号として登録されている。

ある。カワリハラタケの培養濾液は美味で栄養的なので
、シイタケ同様、食用に利用できる。たとえば、多少の
調味料を加えるだけで料理の主役にも付合せにも使用で
きる。

量の食塩を加えると更に美味になる。
