  1. 主回路の半導体スイツチ素子を電気絶縁して冷
    却フインに取付けてその放熱を得る電力変換装置
    において、前記冷却フインは装置枠体から電気的
    に絶縁した取付けをしかつ高周波阻止コイルを介
    してアースに接続した構造を特徴とする電力変換
    装置の素子取付構造。
