Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ラインの分布インダクタンスを含んだスイツチ
ング用半導体素子をスイツチングする回路に発生
する過電圧を抑制する抵抗器とコンデンサとから
なるスナバー回路において、 プリント基板にスイツチング用半導体素子とコ
ンデンサとを近づけて配設・接続すると共に、 このスイツチング用半導体素子を第１の放熱部
材に取付け、 このスイツチング素子の近傍に第２の放熱部材
に取付けた抵抗器を配設・接続し、 この抵抗器を短いリード線により上記プリント
基板の所定の部位に接続することによつて、 上記抵抗器が発する熱を放熱させると共に接続
用のリード線の抵抗分およびインダクタンス分を
少なくするようにしたことを特徴とするスナバー
回路の実装装置。
