- 抵抗、コンデンサー等の電子部品を実装するプ
リント基板上に設けられた発熱性半導体素子の冷
却装置において、前記プリント基板上に送風フア
ンを設け、前記発熱性半導体素子の放熱面を前記
送風フアンの筐体に取り付けたことを特徴とする
半導体冷却装置。
