- 電子部品を搭載した基板２を収容する筐体１の
該基板と対向する面に凹部１１を形成し、該凹部
の底面、または該基板の該凹部と対向する部分に
パワー素子３を実装してなることを特徴とするパ
ワー素子の実装構造。
