Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) プリント基板と、該プリント基板上に搭載
された発熱性半導体素子を含む電子部品と、前記
プリント基板上に所定の空間を有して前記電子部
品を包囲する如く設けられた放熱覆い部材と、冷
却用の送風フアンとから成り、前記放熱覆い部材
と前記プリント基板とで囲繞された空間を空気流
通路と成し前記送風フアンを運転することにより
前記電子部品を冷却することを特徴とする電子部
品冷却装置。 (2) 前記発熱性半導体素子を前記放熱覆い部材
に固着したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の電子部品冷却装置。
