    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 良熱伝導体から成る底壁９の一方の面９ａにケ
    ース２０で囲んでトランジスタ１を取付け、当該
    底壁９の他方の面９ｂに当該トランジスタ１によ
    り生じた熱を伝導すると共に当該熱を放熱する放
    熱体１０を当該底壁９に複数突設したことを特徴
    とするトランジスタの保護装置。
