- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 放熱板の部品取付部にシリコングリス等の伝熱
用グリスを介して電子部品を取り付けて成る放熱
装置において、 上記放熱板の部品取付部における上記電子部品
が接触する部分の周縁に溝状の伝熱用グリス溜部
を設けた事を特徴とする放熱装置。
