Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) プリント基板と、ヒートシンクと、熱伝導
体とを有するヒートシンク実装構造であつて、 前記プリント基板は、実装されたＬＳＩの周囲
にスルーホールを有するものであり、 前記ヒートシンクは、前記プリント基板のスル
ーホールに抜差可能に圧入される固定ピンを有す
るものであり、 前記熱伝導体は、前記ヒートシンクとＬＳＩと
の間に介装され、ＬＳＩの熱をヒートシンクに熱
伝導するものであることを特徴とするヒートシン
ク実装構造。 (2) 前記熱伝導体として、熱伝導性の弾性体を
用いたことを特徴とする請求項第(1)項に記載の
ヒートシンク実装構造。 (3) 前記ヒートシンクは、熱伝導体を保持する
凹部を有することを特徴とする請求項第(1)項に
記載のヒートシンク実装構造。
