    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体素子を装着する複数の回路基板を電気的
    接続部材で接続し回路を構成する半導体装置に於
    いて、各々インダクタンス成分の少い接地回路を
    有する複数の回路基板と、該回路基板の少くとも
    一つに装着する電力素子と、該電力素子の放熱を
    司どると共に前記各回路基板の接地回路を共通接
    続するインダクタンス成分の少ない放熱板とを具
    備してなる半導体装置の放熱板の構造。
