    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体スイツチ素子とこれの電源あるいは負荷
    との間、またはこれら半導体スイツチ素子相互間
    を帯状の導体で接続して構成している電力変換装
    置において、前記半導体スイツチ素子に付属する
    スナバ回路をプリント基板上に構成し、このプリ
    ント基板の端子部と前記帯状導体との電気的接続
    を兼ねた相互固着手段を備えていることを特徴と
    する半導体スイツチ素子のスナバ回路。
