Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 多角形状のシリンダ本体２の内部に移動可
能に配設されたピストンが、前記シリンダ本体２
の一面に形成したポート８ａ，８ｂからの流体の
導入に応じて移動して、ロツド３を出没するよう
になつた流体圧シリンダにおいて、前記シリンダ
本体２の外面のうちの少なくとも前記ポート８ａ
，８ｂが設けられた外面に、前記ピストンの移動
方向にのびる窪み部４，４ａと、この窪み部４，
４ａに隣接して平行する取付け部７とを形成し、
前記窪み部４，４ａに位置検出器９を位置させて
前記取付け部７に固定することを特徴とする位置
検出器付き流体圧シリンダ。 (2) 前記取付け部７は外側５ａよりも内側５ｂ
の方が大きくなつている溝５から形成されている
請求項１記載の位置検出器付き流体圧シリンダ。
